Answer que calls using a cloud based phone system. Input reservations into a property management system. Ensure that guest information is entered correctly. Efficiently answer guest questions. Communicate clearly and professionally to guests and team members. Ensure cancellation policies are followed. Process guest payments according to policy. Assist with projects as needed. Actively participate in monthly agent and team goal incentive programs. Participate in an environment that is collaborative and fun.
