SUMMARY:The production relief person must know and understand every job in the production area. Hours and days off will vary from week to week. Always adheres to all USDA, GMP and safety regulations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Work in a safe manner. Work well with other employees. Follow and understand all of the Standard Operating Procedures.Obtain a pasteurizers license within three attempts. Obtain a forklift operators license. Pasteurize milk and milk products according to the law. Perform the following jobs on all shifts:HTST, starter maker, vat operator, belts, RMC operator, sanitation clean-up, brine operator, rework, packaging, dry cookers.
