Our clients span industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications, media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, sports, entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education.UX Designer Responsibilities Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights on user needs and pain points.Analyze research findings to inform design decisions, creating user personas and journey maps.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows.Collaborate with team members to iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, user flows, and style guides.Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, highlighting user-centered design benefits.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design and share knowledge with the team.Minimum Requirements 6+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably in digital products.Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial software products.Experience with AI technology.5+ years of experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).Orion is an equal opportunity employer.
