Our tools are trusted across the full mission lifecycle - from concept design to operational execution - by engineers and mission planners at Fortune 500 companies, startups, government agencies, and everything in between.For over 35 years, we've been helping our customers push boundaries using physics-based simulation and mission modeling software that's grounded in reality.This role is based in Exton, PA and it is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a UX Designer on the STK Next team, you'll collaborate with developers, subject matter experts, field engineers, and product managers to design high-quality, user-centric experiences. You'll help transform complex workflows into intuitive interfaces and ensure consistency across a growing Design System.Key responsibilities include:Conducting user research to identify UI pain points and uncover user needsWorking directly with domain experts to understand complex systemsCreating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsDeveloping and managing reusable components within an enterprise-level Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across products.Analyzing and documenting UI patterns and design standardsLeading or participating in design critiques and UX review sessionsSupporting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterationsNote: This is a design-focused role and does not require coding, though familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related fieldwith 2 years of experience or Master's degreeStrong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work (PDF or website)Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD, Illustrator, or equivalent toolsExperience using component-based design and design systemsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications and SkillsExperience working in Agile or Lean UX environmentsStrong writing skillsFamiliarity with HTML/CSSA collaborative mindset and a drive to solve tough UX challengesRewards and Benefits:We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
