This role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible waste disposal.Benefits and Compensation:

• Starting pay of $16.40 to $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties such as litter control, debris removal, and site clean-up.
• Spread and compact refuse and cover materials using hand tools and light equipment.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of fences, drainage systems, and signage.
• Maintain cleanliness of roadways and work areas.
• Operate basic equipment such as water trucks, compactors, or loaders under supervision.
• Follow all company safety procedures and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior labor, construction, or outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
