Utility Worker - Career Start : Job Details

Career Start is currently seeking a Dishwasher in Rochester, NY. Preferred candidates for the Dishwasher position should have 1 year of experience in dining settings. The Dishwasher will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the kitchen and dining areas. As well as assisting the kitchen and front-of-house staff in maintaining a sanitary and safe environment, ensuring that customers receive a pleasant dining experience3 Shifts Available:

• Schedule 1: Monday 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday 12 PM to 930 PM, Friday 630 AM to 530 PM, Saturday 830 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM
• Schedule 2: Monday 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Tuesday 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Wednesday 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Thursday 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Schedule 3: Monday 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Thursday 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Friday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday 10:30 AM - 9:30 PM

Pay of Dishwasher:

• $17/hr

Responsibilities of Dishwasher:

• Cleans dishes either by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
• Sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and cleans floors.
• Disposes of trash and garbage in designated areas.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, such as the pantry and dish room.
• Cleans equipment using specialized chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Polishes silverware

Requirements of Dishwasher:

• Previous experience in a dinning environment preferred
