Utility Service Worker - City of Panama City Florida : Job Details

Opens and closes trenches. Performs maintenance and repair work on sewer mains, manholes, valves, hydrants, broken water lines and force mains. Operates various equipment such as a boring (mole) machine to install water services. Drives a service/crew truck as needed to perform assigned duties. Restores the ground around roadways and rights-of-way to their original condition by backfilling, replacing sod, etc. Operates tamping and compaction equipment to compact backfill.
