About The RoleThe Utility Scale BD Director will be responsible for targeting, qualifying, and securing Operations and Maintenance contracts for utility-scale solar PV assets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in sales or a deep background in PV asset management who is ready to leverage their industry expertise and relationships to drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients, presenting tailored, value-driven O&M solutions that align with customer needs.
Alternatively, candidates with hands-on experience in managing or operating utility-scale PV systems and a natural aptitude for sales are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition their technical or management expertise into a business development role.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $135,000 - $175,000 per year, with the potential to earn an additional $105,000 in commissions contingent upon meeting specified performance targets. Final compensation will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and other relevant job-related factors.
