Performs various jobs on the line: As assigned or required will adapt quickly to new positions and new situations in all areas, will adapt to perform in any assigned job at established production levels. Assists in training of new employees: On the basic dress requirements, safety aspects, job assignment and sanitation procedures and policies. Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure B. E. S. T practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings.
