  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least five (5) years of experience in Project Management within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal/written).
  • Experience in:
    • Project Management life cycle: Project Planning & Scheduling, Budget & Cost Management, Team Leadership & Coordination, Quality Control & Safety Compliance, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, and Project Close-Out.
    • Managing construction projects from beginning to end.
    • Projects primarily focus on utilities and infrastructure projects.
    • Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and industry best practices.

As a Piece of FITS, you will:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
  • Create and maintain detailed schedules to ensure timely milestone achievement.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project.
  • Update cash flow and communicate risks as needed.
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and financial documents.
  • Implement cost-saving and value engineering strategies.
  • Lead on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
  • Foster collaboration and clear communication among stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings and site visits to monitor progress and quality.
  • Enforce safety protocols and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, building, and environmental regulations.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide progress updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Address delays, disputes, or conflicts proactively.
  • Complete inspections, permits, and documentation at project close-out.
  • Conduct final reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and completion.
  • Coordinate project handover to clients or facility management.
