As an usher, greeter or ticket taker, you help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show.service possible to guests, donors, visiting artists, artist management, patrons, and any other member of the publicor administration they may encounter. Front of House Staff are also expected to carry out any job functionmanagement deems as appropriate and within the scope of caring and maintaining for the theater, customerservice, audience experience, pre-show prep, post-show breakdown, guest and staff safety/emergencyresponse/security.
