About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate Experience Architect to join our client's financial organization in Juno Beach, FL. This is a process-focused role for someone who thrives at the intersection of user experience, process excellence, and operational design—not someone focused on UI design or managing teams.

You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders (including SAP teams) to optimize existing systems through a human-centered design (HCD) approach. Your focus will be on mapping journeys, improving processes, and ensuring users love and adopt the systems they use.

What You'll Do:

• Champion Quality Excellence through process design and optimization
• Use Six Sigma principles (Green/Yellow Belt preferred) to eliminate waste and improve user experience outcomes
• Map user personas and design HCD delivery process maps with a clear, outcome-oriented mindset
• Act as a liaison between business and technology, ensuring alignment of digital solutions with actual user needs
• Participate in research/discovery efforts, gather insights, and help accelerate delivery timelines
• Support creation of actionable client-facing materials to communicate UX strategy and progress
• 5+ years of experience in a structured organization, currently working as a UX Architect or similar role
• Strong passion for operational excellence, with a proven record of driving process improvements
• Experienced in mapping processes/journeys with measurable success
• People- and outcome-driven; passionate about solving real-world user pain points
• Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD), though no UI design or SAP hands-on work is required
• Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt is a strong plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Quality, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in UX, process improvement, or quality management
• Excellent communication skills – must be able to clearly translate complex needs across teams
• Experience working in or alongside financial organizations is a plus
