Job SummaryThe primary function of the Used Truck Center Manager is to manage the used sales and reconditioning at our Richmond, VA Used Truck Center.Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee all used truck reconditioning for Kenworth Sales (Mid-Atlantic Region), ensuring a clean and quality product.
• Staff the pickup and delivery team; hire, train, and supervise delivery drivers.
• Oversee the used sales team at the Richmond location.
• Upload used truck specifications and photos into the Company's operating systems.
• Marketing campaigns: market and promote used truck sales for Kenworth Sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English instructions and information
• 5 years heavy and medium duty diesel truck sales and/or service management experience
• Proven working knowledge of the industry
• Strong management skills
