We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!The Used Car Manager is responsible for overseeing our Used Car department at Toyota Dallas. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability in the used car department.What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive traffic and promote used car sales.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and acquisitions, ensuring a diverse selection meets market demand.
• Oversee vehicle quality, reconditioning, and safety standards to maximize value and customer trust.
• Build strong customer relationships, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Monitor expenses and profitability, providing regular performance reports to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need

• 5 years of experience at a high-volume dealership (experience with Toyota preferred, but not required)
• Knowledgeable in vAuto/Stockwave, Manheim, and ADESA
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
