Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate and oversee specialized manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Perform installations, ramp-ups, and repairs for production equipment.
• Gather, record, and analyze production information for process improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing-related problems affecting operations.
• Complete estimates and adjustments for requirements arising from process changes.

What's Needed?

• 2-year vocational training in a related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant manufacturing or technical experience.
• Basic knowledge of machine control systems and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to follow standardized work routines and methods.
• Experience with automated production lines and/or CNC programming.
