Omega Hires is a fast-growing and dynamic IT staffing company based in Virginia, USA, with an offshore recruitment center in Vikhroli (W) Mumbai. We specialize in Digital, Enterprise, and IT staffing.

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter with an aggressive approach towards work. We seek a passionate, goal-oriented recruiter with strong work ethics and commitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Timings: 9:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST

• Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment is required
• End-to-end US IT Recruitment cycle
• Recruit through our in-house platform and provide feedback to improve features
• Maintain requirements and candidate database on our platform
• Strong recruiting, sourcing, and technical skills
• Read resumes and qualify candidates for technical fitment, behavioral fitment, stability, and suitability
• Experience in screening, conducting phone interviews, and providing candidate assessments
• Drive high-quality selection using job portals and social networks like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience dealing with H1B, TN permit holders, and knowledge of tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Experience closing contracts, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
• Work efficiently to fulfill requirements within quick turnaround times
• Exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through vendor partners
