Title: US Customs Compliance Specialist

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Can work remotely)

Description:

• With the uncertainty of tariffs applied to U.S. imports, additional support is needed to set up a solution, as well as ensure the accuracy of all value declarations to US Customs & Border Protection (CBP)

REQUIRED:

• Revise the following to accurately reflect the business need: Reviews corporate documents, submissions, etc, for purposes of ensuring compliance with a variety of specific governmental regulations.
• This may involve SEC (securities), OSHA, workers' compensation, or, in the case of a drug manufacturer or distributor, various FDA regulations. Typically an in-house corporate position.
• Generally a 4 year degree or paralegal certification required.
