Location: Albany, NY Outpatient Only H-1B EligibleBase Salary: $300,000 $350,000 + Incentives

A premier physician-led multispecialty group in Albany, NY is seeking a fellowship-trained Headache Specialist to join its growing MS & Headache program. This outpatient-only role offers work-life balance, robust clinical support, and a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

• Outpatient focus: No hospital-based responsibilities

• Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM

• Light call: 1:4 rotation, no calls after 9 PM

• Collaborate with experienced neurologists and APPs

• Ample referrals and internal support network

• Hospital-employed, physician-governed model

• Base salary: $300K $350K + productivity and quality incentives

• Sign-on bonus (discussed at interview)
