Description:The Endourology Fellowship Program at Stony Brook Medicine offers trainees a one-year training experience in endourology and nephrolithiasis. The focus of the Fellowship is to provide applicants the opportunity to develop their clinical, surgical, metabolic and research skills required to be an expert in treating patients with stone disease.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:MD, DO or MD/PhD Degree (or foreign equivalent). Applicants must have completed an accredited Urology Residency program. Applicants must be board-eligible or board-certified at the commencement of the fellowship year. A current New York State medical license must be obtained. Previous evidence of training and clinical experience in basic laparoscopic skills must be documented.

Letters of recommendation are required from the individual's Program Director and two other individuals familiar with the applicant's training and performance.
