Urgent Need For Per Diem School RN/ OT/ SLP for Deer Park School District - Always Compassionate Health : Job Details

We are looking for multiple RNs/ OTs/ SLPs to join our team, providing 1:1 care in Deer Park School District.

Qualifications/Education:

• 1 year of RN or OT or SLP experience in a school/ pediatric setting
• Active NYS license and registration
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams and health histories before making critical decisions.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
• Additional responsibilities as required

Pay Rate for RN: $48/hr

Pay Rate for Therapists (OT/SLP):

• $75 for 30-minute sessions
• $85 for 45-minute sessions
• $100 for 1-hour sessions
• $150 for group sessions (3+ patients)
