Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner - ProLocums : Job Details

1. Please specify level of proficiency with EPIC, Provider will be required to use Epic2. Provider must be able to see and treat all patients as the sole provider in the Center3. Provider should have good soft skills as they will be one on one with support staff and each patient4. HCO relies on Agency's credentialing of each provider, HCO will process Medicare Enrollment only5. Clinical Interview will be setup - if approved - RDO will schedule onboarding/training and ongoing shift coverage.

• Procedures: I&D, Lac repair, Ear irrigation, other minor procedures
• Patient Ages: Adult and Pediatric Patients, All ages - 6 months and up
• PPD: up to 40 ppd - depends on site (average for this site is 20)
• EMR/Charting: Y, Epic w/ modified training schedule, will need to use EMR for all visits.
• Call Requirements: No
• DOT, PALS/ACLS is Preferred

• Supervision Requirements: No / HCO will provide Supervising Physician for locum APPs
• Travel + Lodging: Not Eligible for travel reimbursement, mileage only
• Multiple locations needing support and ask candidates for support within a 65 mile radius cap surrounding their home residents
• Interview Process: Clinical interview, must go through EMR training and onboarding prior to first shift solo
