As a part of this team, you will be credentialed across multiple sites, allowing for flexibility in your practice.

• Provide episodic care and injury treatment to a diverse patient demographic, including adolescents, children, adults, and geriatrics.
• Work autonomously with the support of a supervising physician available by phone.
• Utilize the Anthem documentation system for efficient patient management.
• Commit to a minimum of 36 hours weekly with rotating weekend schedules.

• Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) Required
• Active Virginia state license Required
• BLS certification Required
• Local providers only Required
• Ability to work a minimum of 36 hours per week, every week Required
