Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner - WhiteCoat Locums : Job Details

Rates: $130/hrStart Date: June 1, 2025Position Type: Full-Time Locum 12-Hour Shifts 8:00 AM 8:00 PM

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (8 AM 8 PM), Monday through Sunday
• Minimum commitment: shifts/month
• Estimated shifts per month: 20
• Practice solo with onsite support from medical assistants and radiology technicians
• Charting system: Epic
• Patient demographic: 80% adult / 20% pediatric
• Common cases: Cold/flu, minor burns, lacerations, sprains, rashes, and splinting

• High acuity cases referred to ER

Requirements:

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Minimum 3 years of Urgent Care, Hospital, or Family Practice experience
• Active West Virginia license (or must obtain full license by start date if IMLC eligible)
• DEA and CSR required
• Independent and confident in managing urgent care presentations
