What You'll Be Doing
  • Install and modify van components using hand tools and shop equipment
  • Accurately measure, drill, and cut to fit customized parts; your precision matters!
  • Follow blueprints and work orders to complete vehicle upfitting tasks
  • Work with a team of skilled technicians to meet production goals and timelines
About You
  • Have some experience with vehicle customization, assembly, or manufacturing
  • Experience using hand tools and a tape measure
  • Comfortable working with cars, trucks, or anything mechanical
  • Physically agile enough to lift parts and move efficiently in a shop
  • Detail-oriented: you double-check before you drill!
  • Reliable attendance record and ready to learn and grow
