Position: Groundskeeper

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $18 to $19/hour

Experience: At least 1 year of groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor preferred.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

HH Staffing is seeking a Groundskeeper to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Maintain clean and safe exterior grounds and common areas.
• Sweep, blow, and remove debris from sidewalks, breezeways, and parking lots.
• Collect and dispose of trash and empty exterior bins.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as painting and changing light bulbs.
• Power-wash buildings and walkways as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or hazards to the property team.
• Support upkeep of apartment communities across South Pinellas and St. Pete.
• Help ensure community standards and cleanliness are consistently met.

• Ability to operate basic outdoor maintenance equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 3050 lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Valid drivers license.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail.
