University Registrar's Assistant

Job Summary:

As a University Registrar's Assistant, you will support students, faculty, and staff by managing front desk operations, maintaining student records, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced university registrar's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet students, faculty, and visitors professionally
  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and process transcript requests
  • Assist with student record updates, registration, and leave-of-absence returns
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
