The University Receptionist & Administrative Assistant is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Campus Security. This position is located in the Campus Security Office and is responsible for answering all calls to the university mainline and calls to the campus security phone, processing ID cards and programming access, processing and maintaining parking permit registrations, directing and training student staff on office tasks, and managing other administrative tasks within the security office.
