The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) within the Office of Enrollment Management supports the academic integrity of The City University of New York (CUNY) by overseeing student records, enrollment-related technologies, and university-wide academic processes. Based within the Central Office, OUR serves as a resource partnering with CUNY campuses to enhance student success, streamline academic operations, and uphold institutional policies. Reporting to the University Director of Student Records Operations, the University Associate Director of Student Records plays a key leadership role within OUR by supervising daily operations, managing technology platforms, implementing university-wide initiatives, and serving as a subject-matter expert for student records functions across CUNYs campuses.
