The Office of Enrollment Management at The City University of New York (CUNY) develops enrollment and retention strategies, fosters strong partnerships, and uses data to inform student success and equity initiativesadvancing the University's mission. Comprised of K-16 Initiatives, Offices of Admission Services, Office of Student Financial Assistance, and Office of the University Registrar, the division supports the full student lifecycle, from outreach and application to enrollment, persistence, and completion.
CUNY is seeking a University Adult Programs Coordinator to support the effective implementation and daily operations of adult programs such as CUNY Reconnect and New York State Opportunity Promise (NYSOP) initiativedesigned to expand access to degree programs for adult learners aged 2555, with some college experience but no degree. Reporting to the University Director of Strategic Adult Programs or their designee, and working under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, the adult programs such as Reconnect and NYSOP Coordinator will provide critical operational and administrative support to help realize the goals of this statewide effort. As a key contributor to Enrollment Management's strategic enrollment and adult learner initiatives, the Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring programs are responsive, effective, and accessible to adult students.

Provides basic operational and analytical support related to a Colleges specialized academic program. Supports the directors and managers with orientation preparation, student advisement regarding program requirements, and providing basic information about financial aid and registration. Manages office records including faculty files; prepares reports and surveys; collects and maintains statistical data on program activities. Serves as liaison to various College offices to provide service delivery and appropriate referrals to students. Collects and reviews syllabi to ensure compliance with standards. Serves as resource person for students and faculty regarding program policies and procedures. May supervise office operations and/or monitor department budget. Performs related duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary amount is $61,020, commensurate with credentials, education, and experience. CUNY is in the process of implementing salary schedule increases. Once implemented, salaries of eligible employees will be adjusted by 3.25% effective 9/1/2025 and 3.5% effective 9/1/26, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
