Small enough to care. Big enough to deliver. The Universal Banker I role is an entry level retail banking role responsible for conducting banking transactions and serving bank customers. Establishes and updates retail services that meet the customer's need, resolves complaints and offers appropriate resolutions. Opens basic deposit accounts as needed. Responsibilities Processes teller counter transactions with a variety of complexity and helps to answer customer questions and service needs. Actively engages in the local community, including cross-selling and generating new lines of business with a focus on growing deposits. Recommends appropriate retail accounts and services by explaining unique features and benefits to the customer. Meet individual sales & customer service goals, which will actively contribute to overall branch goals.
