Job Description :

Responsible for the efficient operation of a unit of employees.

Responsibilities
  • Supervises a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Assists in efficient operation of the office
  • Assists the Assistant Manager in the efficient operation of an assigned team;supervising assigned Customer Services/Clerical/Support.
  • Supervises the proper application of the companys policies and procedures
  • Reviews the work of each CSR to correct deficiencies and to determine employees progress
  • Assists in the training and development of all CSR personnel
  • Completes assigned management training in a timely manner
  • Works with other functional areas to coordinate cooperation between the call center floor and those areas
  • Reviews CSR time sheets
  • Maintains concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
  • Reacts positively to an ongoing, changing environment
  • Demonstrates the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
  • Maintains good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
  • Works safely without presenting a threat to self or others
  • Performs additional duties as required by management
  • Qualifications

    Experience: 1-3 years of management experience or have completed the Management Training Program successfully. Internal candidates must have demonstrated a thorough knowledge of InteLogix policies and procedures if an internal candidate.

    Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

    Computer Experience: Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
