You should be able to drive results through continuous employee coaching, training, and sales and profit growth. Additionally, you should be able to provide strong, positive leadership to your team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operations of multiple locations including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, management development, and budget management.
• Ensure that all locations are executing Brand standards and procedures consistently.
• Monitor and report training progress to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed as a Multi Unit Manager, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
