What You'll Do:

• Take full responsibility and accountability for resident care on your assigned unit
• Ensure the highest standards of physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing for residents
• Oversee timely and thorough reporting of incidents, coordinating follow-up with Administration and Nursing leadership
• Participate actively in committees and quality improvement programs
• Collaborate in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance care and operations

What We're Looking For:

• Current, unencumbered, and active RN license in the state
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a nursing care center, hospital, or related healthcare facility
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
