Unit Manager RN – Labor & Delivery

Schedule: M–F, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (flexible within weekdays)

Lead excellence in maternal care. As the Unit Manager for our 24-hour Inpatient OB Unit, you will set the standard for patient outcomes, staff performance, and operational efficiency. You'll oversee nursing operations, guide clinical teams, and ensure every mother and newborn receives exceptional care.

• Drive quality patient care by developing, implementing, and overseeing nursing service programs that improve outcomes in Labor & Delivery.
• Lead and inspire a team of nursing and support staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations that elevate standards of care.
• Optimize operations by creating schedules, managing staffing levels, and ensuring seamless coverage.
• Shape the team's future through strategic hiring, onboarding, and retention practices that attract and keep top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements, maintaining readiness for inspections and audits.
• Manage resources wisely by monitoring budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of financial and material assets.
• Foster professional growth by identifying skill gaps, sponsoring training, and encouraging ongoing education.
• Serve as the patient's advocate—ensuring compassionate, safe, and effective care at every touchpoint.

What You Bring:

• Current RN license (OK or Multi-State)
• Current BLS certification
• 2+ years nursing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
