Job Description :
  • This position reports directly to Head of FP&A and is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day FP&A activities and managing a team of 7-8 high performing individuals.
  • What Unit Lead - FP&A - MMBL does?
    • • Lead budget planning process through commercial roadmap (weekly latest estimate review, monthly rolling forecast, annual budget process, business planning) in close cooperation with strategy, business, risk and financial teams.
    • • Responsible for Opco scorecard and its improvement.
    • • Analysis of Revenues, OPEX, CAPEX and other key KPIs forecasts.
    • • Manage and improve OPEX intensity in cooperation with business, admin and technology teams.
    • • Provide regular budget-variance reviews with actionable highlights of the drivers on a weekly and monthly basis for senior management.
    • • Develop forecasting models of financial & operational metrics of the company.
    • • Lead constant improvement of forecast accuracy, process optimization and best practice driver models implementation.
    • • Develop and support profitability models of key channels.
    • • Ensure concerted cross-functional collaboration to develop bottom-up forecasts.
  • What are we looking for and what does it require to be Unit Lead - FP&A - MMBL?
    • • CA / ACCA / CFA preferred.
    • • Have a minimum of 4 years' experience of relevant industry experience.
    • • Must be able to demonstrate team management and leadership capabilities.
