This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees.In 2020, ESFM (formerly Eurest Services) won the George Graves Award for Facility Management Achievement from the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).Job SummaryThe Unit Director will be the on-site leader for our organization at a Business & Industry Account. In the eyes of the client, this is the person that represents our company on a local level - and will be the first point of elevation. The successful candidate must have extremely strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Responsible for the overall delivery of managed services to the client. Services include, but are not limited to, Janitorial, Mailroom and Distribution, Shipping & Receiving, Reception, Office Administrative Assistants, and subcontractor management of building maintenance. Will be responsible for successfully coordinating and supporting all activities of the department including ultimate financial responsibility including invoice reconciliation and approval. The Director will interface with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the Scope of Work at the assigned Unit. The director will be responsible for budgets up to ~$3M.Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector

Experience with Soft Services to include Janitorial | Experience with Hard Services highly preferred also

GMP experience required

Clean Room Operations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

P&L Management

Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented

Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development, and Relations

Planning, Organization & System Know-how
