In the eyes of the client, this is the person that represents our company on a local level - and will be the first point of elevation. The successful candidate must have extremely strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Responsible for the overall delivery of managed services to the client. Services include, but are not limited to, Janitorial, Mailroom and Distribution, Shipping & Receiving, Reception, Office Administrative Assistants, and subcontractor management of building maintenance. Will be responsible for successfully coordinating and supporting all activities of the department including ultimate financial responsibility including invoice reconciliation and approval. The Director will interface with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the Scope of Work at the assigned Unit.
