Union Helper - CBRE Group : Job Details

As a CBRE Union Helper, you will perform technical, and non-technical general building maintenance, and minor repair duties. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and HVAC equipment and systems. - - What You'll Do: - - Assist the engineering staff in operating the building mechanical and HVAC systems Assist in the maintenance and repairs of all equipment incidental to the operation of the building mechanical and HVAC systems Perform general labor work as assigned including receiving deliveries, loading, unloading, moving materials, and putting away stock. Perform building checks of mechanical areas and logging conditions during daily rounds Identify and report maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns.
