This team provides institutional clients with high-quality financial analysis and due diligence services to support real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, and recapitalizations. The Underwriting Director will play a critical role in underwriting real estate investments, reviewing key financial and legal documentation, conducting market research, and preparing client-ready deliverables that support strategic decision-making.
