Position Overview

As the Underground Foreman, you are responsible for managing the entire underground utility project construction crew by directing work, reviewing schedules, ensuring the work is completed following plan specifications and planning equipment needs. You will be required to enforce the company's direction, policies, procedures, and safety standards. As the Underground Foreman, you should have minimum experience with underground utility projects, waterline, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

• Safely install waterline, sanitary and storm sewer line
• Coordinate with utilities locators, customer
• Have supervision experience.
• Maintain telephone or radio contact with appropriate supervisor .
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA for safe working procedures and environment. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public always.
• Reliable attendance is essential in performance of this role.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school education or equivalent combination of education or experience.
