Job Details: This is a grant funded position and reassignment will be based upon performance, progress toward research goals, and continuation of funding. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship. Undergraduate student must be enrolled in at least 12 enrollment hours for Fall and/or Spring semesters.

Fall: 8/16 - 12/31

Spring: 1/1 - 5/15

Purpose: This position will support the Training Manager of the Veteran Spouse Network, assisting in all suicide prevention training administration and coordination, including registering participants for courses, communicating with participants, administering training surveys and incentives, and any other admin tasks related to our suicide prevention training.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with training participants.
  • Administer and coordinate training surveys and incentives.
  • Register participants for courses and monitoring progress.
Required Qualifications

Undergraduate student at The University of Texas at Austin must be enrolled in at least 12 enrollment hours. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Experience in administrative tasks and/or program/training coordination is preferred but not required. Be willing to commit to a consistent work schedule, whether in office or telework. Should be dependable and reliable. Values the contributions of others in the workplace. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Salary Range $15.00 HourlyWorking Conditions
