Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a Full Time, Unarmed Security Site Manager in the Mansfield, Texas area. This position is for the 1st shift, with a pay range of $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr paid weekly. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of related management experience in physical security, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, or enterprise environments. - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver messages across multiple organizational levels. - Proficient in bridging data from multiple platforms to drive security program improvements. - Skilled in critical thinking and managing KPIs including safety, incident response, patrol rounds, badge issuance, and more. - Experience with access control and CCTV systems, especially C-Cure and Genetec. - Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screening. - Willingness to travel as needed.
