Unarmed Security Guard - West Hollywood - Protos Security : Job Details

Maintain a high-visibility presence throughout retail areas to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity. Conduct routine foot patrols inside and around the store or shopping center to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards. Respond to incidents involving theft, trespassing, or disturbances in a professional and appropriate manner. Communicate regularly with store employees, property management, and other on-site personnel to exchange updates and receive direction. Support loss prevention efforts by observing shoppers and reporting suspected shoplifting to appropriate personnel. Provide customer service as needed, including offering directions or answering basic inquiries while maintaining security priorities. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation. Minimum Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age.
