Pride Health is hiring a Ultrasound Technologist to support our client's medical facility in Des Moines, IA 50309. This is a 12-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Summary:
• Ultrasound Technologist. 40 hours per week (4x10s, Nights)
• ARDMS (Abdomen)
• BLS (AHA)
• Associates degree
Ultrasound Technologist:
• Explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the examination.
• Utilizing ultrasound equipment to generate images of organs, tissues, and blood flow.
• Capturing high-quality images, evaluating them for diagnostic quality, and making adjustments as needed.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation of procedures, including imaging findings.
• Working with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide diagnostic information.
Experience required:
• 2-years of Ultrasound Technologist experience in hospital setting is required.
• Level 1 Trauma level experience.

• Weekly Pay Range: $2500/week to $2770/week
