UKG Pro WFM Change and Training Specialist (Remote based in US) - Tenet Healthcare : Job Details

The UKG Pro WFM Change and Training Specialist is responsible for leading end-user training, communications, and change management initiatives related to the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform. This includes supporting user adoption of modules such as Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Absence Management. The specialist partners closely with HR, operations, and IT teams to design and deliver training programs, develop change strategies, and ensure a smooth transition during system implementations and updates. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of UKG Pro WFM tools and processes. Design and deliver engaging training programs for managers, employees, and administrators across all WFM modules. Create instructional materials such as e.
