UKG Pro HCM Technical Consultant

Location: PLEASANTON, CA

Implement UKG Pro HCM modules including People Center, Pay, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, and Performance with a focus on architecting solutions considering the platform's technology stack and integration with upstream and downstream systems.

Manage the full lifecycle of a UKG Pro HCM project or workstream, including Business Analysis, Technical Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare. Engage in mature dialogues with key client leaders to explain architecture complexities and integration points.

Collaborate with the team in requirements gathering, workshops, and client meetings related to integrations, development, and data conversion.

Take responsibility for work delivery and effort estimation.

Proactively identify project issues and suggest viable solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of related technical experience, including integrations, conversions, and customizations within UKG Pro HCM modules
• Experience across the full project lifecycle: Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
• Experience in requirements gathering workshops and client meetings
• Ability to travel 10-50% based on project needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, with at least 6 years of creating advanced Excel models and executive presentations
• Experience in HRIS implementations and HR, Payroll, Talent functions

• 6+ years of external consulting experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
