Summary

Our Stock Room Operations Leads are crucial to our store's success. As a Stock Lead, you are the primary owner of the stockroom, overseeing processing, product placement, and transfers within the store. Your role is to maintain a safe and efficient stockroom so customers can find the products they want. You lead by example, uphold high stockroom standards, and foster a positive, respectful environment. You collaborate closely with your Store Manager to train and develop all stock associates, empowering your team through encouragement, recognition, and feedback.

Description

As an UGG Stock Lead, you maintain the stockroom where all materials and products are received, stored, organized, picked, counted, monitored, and distributed to meet store needs. You ensure the stockroom and stock desk are neat and orderly, practicing safety and security measures to prevent theft. You ensure team members understand and follow all stock processes and policies. You plan for new product arrivals, make necessary adjustments, verify shipments, and handle discrepancies to keep inventory accurate. You manage customer charge sends and store transfers between locations or distribution centers. You also handle damaged merchandise or mismatched inventory according to company standards and maintain a secure key to the store.

Your responsibilities extend beyond the stockroom. You assist the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales and productivity goals, replenish and display products according to Visual Merchandising standards, and provide excellent customer service. Greet customers, guide them to products, answer questions, and share product knowledge. Maintain a positive attitude and promote the store and brand image in all interactions. As an integral team member, you cooperate to meet the store's needs.

Key Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail store experience preferred
• High School Diploma

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey UGG and Deckers Brands' vision and mission
• Strong team-building skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
