Position Overview:

• Seeking a skilled UCC (Unified Communications and Collaboration) Engineer specializing in Microsoft Teams and Crestron to join our team.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining UCC solutions using Microsoft Teams and Crestron technology.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect UCC solutions based on business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of Microsoft Teams and Crestron systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user provisioning and access control.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
• Optimize UCC capabilities and document configurations and procedures.
• Provide end-user training and support for Microsoft Teams and Crestron platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate new technologies and stay updated on features.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Teams and Crestron systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols, security, and enterprise system integration.
• Experience with AV technologies and industry standards such as SIP, H.323, PSTN.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications like A+, CCNA+, Security+, MS365, Microsoft Teams Administrator, Crestron Certified Programmer.

Pay Rate:

$68 - $70 per hour.
