Job Title: Boutique Manager, TudorThe Boutique Manager is responsible for maximizing store profitability by focusing on Bucherer's keystrengthswithinthebrandboutique.Thisincludesensuringanoutstanding clientexperience,supportingandmotivatingClient Advisorstomeetorexceedsalesobjectives, and efficiently managing all store operations.Creatinganoutstandingclientexperienceis acriticalaspectofthisjob.Itisaccomplishedbycreatinga positive, inviting and fun environment for the discerning client. This includes enthusiastic, presentable and knowledgeable Client Advisors that understand the client, attractive and inviting displays, as well as clean and well-lit stores with the best selection of watches for the local market. An outstanding client experience also includes fully satisfying the client as it relates to servicing a new or existing watch. It is crucial that the Boutique Manager focus on developing a long-term relationship with the clientthatis basedupontrustsothattheclientismorelikelytothink ofpurchasingfromthestoreinthe future.Thisincludesstrategicallyfollowing-upwithclientsandhandlingescalatedissueswith outstanding diplomatic skills.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesSupportandmotivateClient Advisorstomeetorexceedobjectives (80%)

  • Clearlycommunicateona dailybasissalesobjectivesandhowthisrelatestoweeklyand monthly targets.
  • Train Client Advisors on the art of luxury watch sales. This includes creating the relationshipwiththeclient,demonstratingexcellentproductknowledgetoeducatetheclient, helpingselecttheappropriatewatchandclosingthesale.This isaccomplishedthroughnew hire training and on-going coaching.
  • Asneeded,workwithClient Advisorstoclose sales.
  • Follow-upwithClient Advisors onclienteling,sothatclientsaremorelikelytothinkabout visiting and buying from the store in the future.
  • Constantlymonitorsalesandidentifybrandsthatmay requireadditionalsalestraininginorder to increase the comfort level of Client Advisors in selling a particular brand.
  • UnderstandlocalcompetitorsandequipClient Advisorswiththis knowledge.
  • CoachingClient Advisor s:
    • Providejust-in-timefeedbacktoClient Advisorsonhowtoimproveskill set.
  • Baseduponsalessummary,provideweeklycoachingtoClient Advisorstoensurethey are using all tools
Efficientlymanageallstoreoperationsandpersonnel (20%)
  • Supervisedailyactivitiesofallstore staff.
  • MaintainclearcommunicationswithStoreDirector,RegionalManager,CorporateOffices, other Store Directors and watch vendors.
  • Manageallbusinessreportingincludingsigning-offonDailyBusinessReport,creatingweekly and monthly business reports for corporate,schedulingofpersonneland payroll.
  • Monitorinventoryreceivedintoorshippedfromthe store.
  • Approvespecial orders
  • Closelymonitorsstore security.
  • Constantlyrecruittoptalentfromcompetitorswhodemonstrateoutstandingclientservice.This included interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Handleperformanceissueswithstaff,i.e.,correctiveactionsand attendance.
  • Executecorporatedirectives/specialprojectsas required.
  • Maintainbrandstandardsand expectations
  • Responsibleforopeningandclosingof store
  • Openstoreandsafeinaccordancewithestablishedsecurity procedures.
  • RemovewatchesfromsafeanddirectClient Advisorstodisplayinassignedcasesor windows.
  • Manageinventorycounts2xper day
  • Responsibleforlockingitemsinsafeatcloseofbusinessandretrievingcase keys.
Requirements:
  • Mustbeabletoworkaflexibleschedulethroughoutthe week.
  • Apassionfordevelopingclienteleandselling.
DIRECT REPORTSAll store employeesQualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant luxury retail experience, including at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Prior watch and fine jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Expert communication, leadership, and management skills.
  • Sales driven and results orientated.
  • Willing to be hands-on and work with the team to fulfill operational and organizational needs.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related discipline is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 + Bonus EligibleWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
