Job Overview:A prominent law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with at least 4 years of experience in sophisticated estate planning and trust matters. The role involves advising high-net-worth individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and corporate trust departments on all aspects of estate and trust administration, with a focus on multi-generational wealth preservation. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive solutions and develop lasting relationships while collaborating with other practice areas.

Duties:

Advise clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related legal matters.

Serve high-net-worth individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and corporate trust departments.

Develop and implement multi-generational wealth preservation strategies.

Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality service and communication.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in estate planning and trust matters, with a proven track record of working with high-net-worth clients.

Experience in cross-border estate planning is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively across practice areas to provide holistic legal solutions.

Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage complex client matters independently.

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Minnesota bar.
