Position Summary

The Terminal Manager will oversee fleet needs, train drivers, manage relationships, and ensure fleet maintenance to optimize driver productivity and retention. The role involves coordinating with drivers, customers, and departments to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fleet administration and safety protocols.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure safety standards.
• Develop driver schedules, provide training, and foster driver retention.
• Maintain positive relations with customers, drivers, and carriers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Problem-solving skills, independence, adaptability.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Experience in transportation management preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
